Quality Score
Google Ads' rating (1-10) of the quality and relevance of your keywords, ads, and landing pages.
Quality Score is Google Ads' 1-10 rating of how relevant your keywords, ads, and landing pages are to a user's search. Higher Quality Score directly reduces your cost per click and improves ad rank. A keyword with Quality Score 10 might pay $2 per click for the same position another advertiser with Quality Score 4 pays $8 per click.
Quality Score is composed of three factors: expected CTR, ad relevance to the search term, and landing page experience. Improving any of the three improves Quality Score and reduces costs.
Two advertisers bid on 'best CRM software'. Advertiser A has Quality Score 9 and pays $3/click for position 2. Advertiser B has Quality Score 4 and pays $11/click for position 3. Better Quality Score = lower CPC + better position.
